About the Opportunity

Corporate Traveller, Flight Centre’s business travel division is looking for an ambitious Telemarketing Sales Consultant who is looking to launch their sales career with a global travel giant.

Based in Vancouver, you will work within a supportive and successful team, pro-actively generating and qualifying sales leads for our Business Development Managers, with the primary goal of converting leads to appointment opportunities.  You will play an active role in building client relationships and identifying business opportunities.

  • You’ll need previous experience in a telemarketing and / or sales role, the ability to identify potential sales opportunities while confidently building relationships at all levels.

This is more than just a phone-bashing role, and to succeed you'll need to be ambitious, persistent and have the ability to overcome obstacles.  As an effective communicator, you'll also need a natural talent for creating top notch sales pitches and won't be afraid to push for the appointment, when the time is right.  If you have a good work ethic, an excellent, professional telephone manner, and strong verbal communication skills we’d love to hear from you! 

Corporate Traveller is looking for a highly motivated individual, capable of working autonomously to meet and exceed targets.  You should be confident and competent in cold-calling prospects within the corporate sector, with an intermediate level of computer literacy and the ability to use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
