About the Event
The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting Cancer Foundations across Canada is a unique, two-day cycling event that takes place in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec. During this bold cycling journey, participants will ride for two whole days across Canada's beautiful landscapes and countrysides! Their mission is clear - a cancer-free future.
The money participants raise through this event are used locally which provides funding to a team of top doctors and scientists whose search for new discoveries and improved patient outcomes will have a real impact in your community, across Canada, and around the world. About the Opportunity
Are you an outgoing "people person" with a passion for cycling? CauseForce is seeking several driven and enthusiastic Special Event Promotional Representatives for their Vancouver, Edmonton, and Montreal events.
In this unique and exciting role, you will create awareness and introduce people to the Ride to Conquer Cancer event to people in your area! You are the foundation of the event by spending your time out in the community inspiring people to register for the event.
This position will be a combination of giving presentations to individuals who have requested more information about the event and attending local events and festivals. You will be giving presentations, showing videos, and answering questions about the event. Researching, finding, and booking orientation locations and events will be required in order to spread the word.
Arranging outreach activities and networking with people who might be interested in the cause will be a key part of this role. In addition, you will answer inbound calls, enter registrations into the company's database, and serve as Event Staff during the season.

We are looking for energetic, charismatic individuals who have experience in promotions and giving public presentations. Cycling enthusiasts who would like to get involved and spread the word for this important cause will ensure the success of the event.

You will be a dedicated, fantastic communicator, highly organized, and have a confident and professional demeanour. CauseForce is interested in receiving applications from candidates with a high level of motivation and initiative as well as the ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.
This role is full time and some evening and weekend work may be required. This role requires applicants who have a current driver's license and own a reliable vehicle. If you are applying for the Montreal position, you must be fluent in both English and French.
About the Benefits
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package of $35,000 - $40,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience.
In addition, CauseForce employees receive excellent benefits depending on your length of service with the company.
From 3 months to one year, you receive:
