About the Opportunity
If you are an enthusiastic, part qualified or recently qualified accountant it could be time for you to join the Employment Office in Vancouver as the Financial Accountant.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all day to day accounting including payments and credit control as well as the associated administration. You will prepare the monthly financial statements and be a hands on member of the management team. Additionally, you will work with the financial controller to ensure all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time, including GST filings and annual tax returns.
The role also includes supporting the business leader with appropriate and insightful analysis and having responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
