About the Opportunity

Altec has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join their team in Brisbane. This role is being offered on a sub-contract basis, with the possibility to combine office based work with work from home. You will be working approximately 4 hours per day, between 3pm - 7pm.

With warm leads provided, your primary responsibility will be to book reappointments with potential clients that were not closed in the first consultation. These will then be referred to the Commercial Trade Consultants.

You'll be working with the most popular, high quality product range in the marketplace, with a 10 year workmanship guarantee and interest free finance options.

More specifically, some of your duties will include:

• Sorting processed leads for qualifying;
• Sorting qualified leads;
• Phoning qualified leads to establish in the market;
• Making offers and establishing interest, and appointing via CRM; and
• Following up appointed leads for satisfaction or reappointment.

To be successful in this position you will be a self motivated, self directed individual with demonstrated experience in a similar role. In addition, you'll need a proven track record in successful conversion and meeting KPIs.
