About the Opportunity
Rent4Keeps has several exciting opportunities for talented and dedicated Territory Manager (Rental Sales) to join their dynamic teams. Opportunities are available in Armadale and Northam, WA.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for your territory, ensuring sales targets are met while growing and maintaining your customer base using effective and ethical sales methods. You will be assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs, setting up new customer contracts following compliance guidelines, and performing ongoing account maintenance.
Additionally your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing local marketing activities to agreed plans;
- Assessment of consumer needs, serviceability, compliance under responsible lending guidelines for rental contracts, including running credit verifications, referee checks, and verification of income;
- Actioning overdue accounts in a timely and effective manner;
- Ensuring all record keeping and reports are completed in line with company and legislative policy; and
- Installation and dismantling of display kiosks.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or operational field environment. Your ability to build and maintain customer relationships will see you deliver excellent customer service and care.
You will consider yourself to be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a varied, fast-moving, and results-focused
You will have highly-developed computer skills, ideally with experience using CRM software. Importantly your strong business acumen will see you able to easily write application and contract forms and calculate gross margins and profit after industry training.
An understanding of the rental industry and credit verification processes will be advantageous, although is not essential.
