About the Opportunities
C&A Surveyors NSW PTY LTD now has two exciting opportunities for a Land Surveyor and a Surveyor Draftsperson to join their dynamic team in Rosehill Sydney, just next to Parramatta.
The primary responsibility for both of these roles is to ensure a high quality service to existing and future projects.
Land Surveyor
Reporting to the Survey Manager, the Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out small and large scale survey work.
This work will include (but will not be limited to):
- Detail surveys;
- WAE;
- Bulk excavation calculation;
- Subdivisions, consolidations, strata subdivisions and stratums;
- Identification surveys;
- BOMAs; and
- Large and small scale construction setout.
In order to be successful in this position, you will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification, along with demonstrated surveying experience. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in the use of CivilCAD and AutoCAD as well as relevant survey equipment such as Topcon.
This role also requires you hold a current driver's license.
Surveyor Draftsperson
Reporting to the Drafting Supervisor, the Surveyor Draftsperson will be responsible for carrying out company drafting work.
More specifically, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Calculating boundaries;
- Calculating and estimating using CivilCAD; and
- Understanding, analysing and drafting information provided.
The successful candidate for this position will hold a relevant Diploma, along with proven experience as a Draftsperson. It is essential you are proficient in the use of CivilCAD and AutoCAD.

About the Benefits

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with attractive remuneration package! The Land Surveyor will receive a salary circa $50K - $85K p.a. and the Surveyor Draftsperson will receive a salary circa $50K - $80K p.a. (both roles commensurate with experience). Both roles will receive performance bonuses based on productivity, allowing you to increase your take home pay!
The Land Surveyor will also benefit from an existing client base, laptop, mobile phone and all vehicle expenses paid!
