A Day In The Life of a Salesperson...

As Sales and Account Executive, you will sell tools to businesses to enhance their recruitment process. You'll initiate contact with business leaders. Then, you'll introduce our wide range of products focused on building a better recruitment process. And through it all, you'll be supported by our specialist teams of marketing, recruitment and software professionals.

This is a challenging, yet rewarding role where you'll truly connect with C-level executives and build solid, lasting relationships while assisting them achieve their recruiting needs.

What we’re looking for...

People who have:

  • A true hunter mentality and sound sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Drive, energy and motivation for achieving sales targets and reaching goals
  • The ability to make cold calls
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers
  • The ability to understand and relate to client needs and enjoy selling a product that differentiates itself from the market
  • Proven experience in generating their own leads.

Please note that this is an inside sales role. Although you may make visits to your client's organization from time to time, the majority of your time will be spent in the office over the phone giving you unlimited, Canada-wide leads to draw from and thereby reducing geographic territory limitations.

The successful candidate will enjoy an attractive base salary ($40,000) plus an UNCAPPED commission structure and monthly bonuses for hitting targets.
